Maintenance, cleaning, (including Pool), security and gardening, everything you want and more. We can arrange builders, plumbers etc. for any jobs you need while you are not here.

Key Holding & Security
We will act as your official Key Holder and provide the following service for as little as 1.64 € per day.
Weekly inspection visits comprising of the following:
Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor.
Thoroughly air all the rooms (subject to external weather conditions).
Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
Test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure all are in good working order.
Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear.
Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.
Provide e mail forwarding service
We will send you a monthly Owners Report detailing any problems with your property (complete with photographs where necessary)
Check the property in the event of a storm or flooding
Change Over Services
When either you or your guests arrive
Your holiday home will be waiting for you, cleaned and aired.
Fresh flowers and a welcome pack of essential groceries and toiletries will be waiting for you.
Freshly laundered towels and linen will be ready and waiting.
The beds will be made up.
The water will be hot, ready for that relaxing shower after your long journey.
The air conditioning or heating will be on, depending on the season.
We can meet your guests and take them personally to your property
We can even collect you from the airport
